  • If you live in the St. Louis area, we can arrange to meet at a mutually agreed location to discuss your quilt project. Please Contact Us to arrange an appointment.

  • Yes. Most quilt tops and backing fit into the USPS medium flat rate priority mail boxes. King size quilts will require the large flat rate box. Place your quilt top and backing into a large zip seal bag to protect them and include a completed Order Form.

    NOTE: We have batting available for purchase. If you provide your own batting, you might not be able to use the flat rate boxes.

  • Yes. Please review our batting options page here.

  • Yes. However, keep in mind if you are shipping your quilt top, backing and batting to us, the cost to ship will be greater and it may be more cost effective to purchase our batting.

  • If you are shipping your quilt to me, you will pay the initial shipping fee. When your quilt is returned to you, we cover the shipping cost. Your quilt will be insured for at least double the value of the quilting. Additional insurance can be purchased.

  • Absolutely YES! We have over 4,000 designs to choose from. We will guide you and discuss options during your consultation. If you see a design or pattern you like, you can send us a picture and we will try to locate the design or find something similar. Your options with be discussed during your consultation. If you live in the St. Louis, Missouri area, you can Contact Us to arrange an in-person consultation.

  • Please review our “Preparing Your Quilt for Quilting” page for detailed instructions. At a minimum, your backing should measure 8” wider and longer than your quilt top. For example, if your top measures 72” wide and 90” long, your backing should measure between 80” wide and 98” long.

  • Quilts with Edge to Edge designs ship within two to three weeks of arrival. Smaller quilts may ship faster. We strive for a 10 business day turn-around, however, during busy times, this may not be possible. If your quilt is delayed for any reason, you will be notified with a new anticipated ship date.

  • It is not necessary to include a check or credit card information when you ship your quilt. When your quilt is received, we will measure it and an estimated invoice will be provided. A final invoice is created when your quilt is ready to ship and final payment is due when the final invoice is received. Once your full payment is received, we will return your finished quilt.

  • Yes. If you would like us to attach the binding to your quilt, we can discuss this service at your consultation.

  • Sorry, we do not take international orders. Due to the additional charges for international customers, we believe you are better served to contact a long arm quilter in your country or region.
